Kevin McGrath began his commercial real estate career in 2007 and in that time has been involved in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of more than $1 Billion in industrial real estate.

Prior to forming KMG Property Group, Kevin was a Principal at Cardinal Industrial based in Cardiff, California.  Since 2020, he was involved in the acquisition, disposition and asset management of more than $100 of industrial assets throughout the Midwest and Southeast U.S.

​Prior to joining Cardinal, Kevin was a Senior Vice President at CBRE in Columbus, Ohio. While at CBRE, he held the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations.
